What this lesson covers

  1. 01

Sign the judgment, not the voice

Preferred-path sign-off is a one-page review: scenario line, options, flagged path, consequences and teach text. Avatars, lip-sync and lighting come after. If legal or compliance owns the judgment, they sign. Producers do not invent the right answer in the authoring tool.

  2. 02

    The sign-off page

    Field | Content

Action and source | Which action on the map; which policy clause

Scenario line | Exact text, both languages

    Options | A, B, C with preferred flagged

Consequences | What happens for each

    Teach line | One sentence

Signer, role, date | Name of the owner of the judgment

  3. 03

When experts disagree on the right answer

Some judgments do not have one right answer. When SMEs disagree, do not let the loudest win. Ask each to explain the consequence they expect from each option. If they agree on consequences and differ on values, the scenario may need a "best" and an "acceptable" path, with different feedback. If they disagree on consequences, check data (incidents, outcomes) before deciding. Record the decision and who made it; you will be asked later why the course teaches what it teaches.

  4. 04

    Get it signed

Fill the sign-off page for your scenario and get it signed by the owner of the judgment. Your module artifact is complete when the page is signed.
