Sorting, matching, quizzes, and the module gate stay behind a free account so scored answers are not public. The teaching notes below are the same cited curriculum.
01
Sequence: Steps in a fixed order, such as a receiving form. Use drag-to-order or a process strip, not a carousel the learner can shuffle.
Classify: Sort cases into bins, such as incident or request. Use a sort. A quiz that names the bins does not rehearse sorting.
Decide under uncertainty: Accept, quarantine or reject, where more than one answer looks plausible. Use a branch with a preferred path.
Identify: Point to a real control, such as an emergency stop. Use a labelled graphic with a keyboard list, not a stock photo.
02
A warehouse supervisor asks for "something interactive" on four tasks. Complete the receiving form in field order: sequence, so drag-to-order. Decide whether a damaged pallet is accepted, quarantined or rejected: judgment, so a branch with two plausible mistakes. Point to the emergency stop on the conveyor: identification, so a labelled graphic of the real conveyor. Classify a delivery problem as a supplier issue or an internal issue: a sort with realistic cases.
03
Simulation research distinguishes physical fidelity (how real it looks) from functional or cognitive fidelity (whether it demands the same decisions). For most workplace judgment, cognitive fidelity matters far more: a plain screen that presents the real cues and real trade-offs trains better than a 3D scene with the wrong decision. Spend on visual realism only where seeing matters to the task, such as identifying equipment or reading a scene for hazards.
04
In your format decision log, tag every screen with one of the four verbs. Count screens with no verb and screens whose format does not match the verb. Fix the mismatches first.
