What SCORM / xAPI conformance should Gulf enterprises require?
Require stated package versions, completion/score behaviors, and a test plan against your LMS — screenshots are not conformance.
Most MENA enterprises still run SCORM 1.2 and/or 2004 packages; many are adding xAPI for richer analytics. Your RFP should ask vendors to declare supported versions, how suspend/resume and score rollup behave, and whether they will validate packages in your target LMS.
