Academy FAQ
Is Innovito Digital Learning Academy free?
Yes. Creating an account, taking live lessons, sitting module gates, and issuing Innovito certificates of mastery are free. There is no tuition.
Is the academy available in Arabic?
Yes. Live lessons are bilingual Arabic and English. Use the language switcher in the header. Your certificate uses the name on your academy profile.
Who is Innovito Academy for?
Instructional designers, eLearning developers, L&D leads, and learning-ops practitioners. CDLA (learning architecture) and CEPD (eLearning production) are open now. CLST, CAILP, and CLISS are curriculum previews.
How long do academy programs take?
Each program card shows designed length (for example CDLA 16 weeks / 96 learner hours), including modules still in production. Open modules are self-paced. You can earn a module certificate as soon as you pass that module’s 80% gate.
Are Innovito Academy certificates the same as ATD APTD or CPTD?
No. Innovito Academy issues its own program certificates of mastery when you pass module gates. They do not replace ATD APTD/CPTD, CIPD, or university degrees.
What appears on an Innovito Academy certificate?
Your name, the program or module title, the unique certificate code, and the issue date. It is an Innovito certificate of mastery, not an ATD, CIPD, or university credential.
Which academy programs are open now?
CDLA Modules 1–5 (Certified Digital Learning Architect) and CEPD Modules 1–5 (Certified eLearning Production Director) are open — 68 live lessons. CLST, CAILP, and CLISS are curriculum previews until their first modules ship.
How do I earn a module certificate?
Create a free academy account, complete the open lessons in order, and score 80% on the module gate. The certificate is saved to your profile and can be printed or saved as PDF. Open Badges 3.0 employer verification is on the roadmap, not live yet.
Fact-checked curriculum. If a number cannot be tied to a source in the academy registry, it does not ship.

Certified Digital Learning Architect
Design programs people can perform — not decks they click through.
Module 1 — Performance consulting and action mapping
Diagnose before you design. Gilbert first, then Moore’s four steps, a drag-and-drop studio rehearsal, then a scored gate.
Module 2 — Learning science for digital media
Cognitive load, Mayer’s multimedia principles with published ds, retrieval practice, and Merrill — cited, not slogans.
Module 3 — Outcomes and authentic assessment
Backward design, LTEM evidence tiers, authentic tasks, and formative vs summative — before you storyboard another quiz bank.
Module 4 — Pathway and blend architecture
Push, pull, and on-job practice — curriculum maps, unlock rules, and honest pathway reporting.
Module 5 — Interaction design for transfer
Scenario stack, practice loops, branch maps, and honest LTEM claims — decisions on screen that rehearse work.
Certified eLearning Production Director
Ship production-grade interactive courses — Studio’s 45+ formats (see product guide) as craft and classroom.
Module 1 — Production systems and SAM sprints
Choose formats that rehearse the job, treat WCAG 2.2 AA as a storyboard constraint, and run SAM as a decision rhythm.
Module 2 — Visual and information design for screens
Hierarchy, RTL-native layout, Nielsen Norman heuristics on lesson players, and chart/table QC — before you ship another bullet wall.
Module 3 — Content-layout mastery
Table, carousel, labeled graphic, chart, glossary, and resources — when each earns a screen, with QC rationale.
Module 4 — Scenario, dialogue, and avatar direction
Branching dialogue craft, 3D/avatar limits, script beats, and scenario QC — judgment on screen.
Module 5 — Serious games that rehearse
Mission layouts, mechanics, fail states, and QC — rehearsal beats decoration.
