R&D

InnovitoLearningLabs

Our internal research and development space—not a packaged “solution” or commercial product line. We explore cutting-edge AI and large language models to prototype new capabilities for learning and development professionals, test what actually helps practitioners, and share outcomes that can create impact in the field.

At a glance

  • Practitioner-informed prototypes
  • Responsible use of generative AI and LLMs
  • Arabic and English contexts considered in design
  • Partnership, not one-size-fits-all packaging

Labs sits alongside Innovito’s product teams (Evolve, Studio, Convert, Ready) but does not replace them. Here we run controlled experiments: new interaction patterns, assisted authoring flows, skills intelligence ideas, and workflow automations grounded in how L&D teams really operate. When an experiment proves durable, it may inform our products—or we can co-develop a bespoke AI-powered digital learning tool with a partner under a dedicated agreement.

Working with us

From experiment to cooperation

Transparent expectations for partners and practitioners.

Some Labs outputs stay internal teach-backs; others mature into features you see in Innovito products. A third path is partnership: organizations that want a tailored AI-powered workflow or learner experience can work with us under a scoped engagement—architecture, data handling, and IP are agreed explicitly, never assumed from this marketing page.

From Innovito

What you get with this product

  • Prototype authoring and interface experiments

  • Validated ideas may connect to delivery platforms when relevant

  • Specialists facilitating workshops and co-design with partners

What Labs is (and is not)

01

R&D, not a catalogue SKU

Learning Labs is where we explore and fail fast on ideas. It is not a pre-defined module you license like Evolve or Studio; engagement starts from the problem you want to solve or the hypothesis you want to test.

02

AI & LLMs in service of L&D practitioners

We prioritize tooling that reduces drudge work, sharpens quality, and respects governance—with awareness of bias, data boundaries, and the limits of generated content in regulated contexts.

03

Impact and field learning

We aim for measurable usefulness in real programs: faster iteration for SMEs, clearer analytics for sponsors, or safer rollout patterns—not technology for its own sake.

04

Collaboration models

We welcome joint discovery: research-style cooperation, pilot cohorts, or structured projects to design a custom AI-assisted digital learning capability when strategy, compliance, and roadmap align.

Ways to engage with Learning Labs

Learning Labs is not a single SKU with a fixed benchmark sheet. These are typical entry points when your team wants shared exploration or a tailored build.

Joint R&D

Short cycles with your L&D and analytics leads to test a hypothesis—new assistant workflow, skills signal, or content pattern—without committing to a full product rollout upfront.

Custom AI-powered tool

When there is a clear problem and governance path, we can scope a bespoke digital learning capability (interfaces, models, integrations) under a separate statement of work.

Practitioner feedback loops

We prioritize input from people who run programs day-to-day—curriculum owners, facilitators, and platform admins—so experiments reflect operational reality.

Responsible AI guardrails

Data boundaries, human review, and regional language needs (including Arabic) are part of how we design—especially for regulated sectors.

Pilot environments and technical wiring follow your security and procurement approvals—we scope access and data handling to match your policies for joint exploration or limited trials.

Explore collaboration

Talk to us about joint R&D, a pilot with your L&D team, or scoping a custom AI-powered digital learning tool. We will match you with the right Innovito path—Labs, product, or a hybrid—after an initial conversation.
