Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective: May 2026. Applies to the public innovito.com marketing site and contact flows—not to learner records inside a customer’s own Evolve tenant, which are covered by separate customer agreements.
Innovito respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we may collect when you use innovito.com, why we use it, and how you can reach us. It is written for transparency; your procurement or enterprise agreement may add more specific terms.
Who we are
Innovito provides digital learning platforms, content, and related services. The contact details published on our Contact page (including offices in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt) are the appropriate starting point for privacy questions about this website.
For privacy requests related solely to innovito.com, you may also email elearning@innovito.com and describe your inquiry.
What personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with innovito.com, we may process:
• Information you submit in forms (for example name, work email, organization, job role, and free-text messages when you request a demo, trial, or callback).
• Technical metadata typical of web visits (such as IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps) through server and security logs.
• Preferences needed to run the site (such as language selection or theme where stored locally in your browser).
We do not use this policy page to describe learner data your organization stores inside a licensed LMS; that processing is governed by your contract with Innovito and your internal notices to learners.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (for example security and load balancing) and, when enabled in our configuration, analytics technologies that help us understand aggregate traffic.
Depending on site settings, analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or product analytics providers may be active. Those tools use their own cookies or identifiers subject to their documentation. You can control many cookies through your browser settings.
If we run optional marketing or personalization features, we will rely on the consent or notice mechanisms required in your region only when those features are turned on.
Why we use personal data
We process personal data to:
• Respond to demo, trial, career, or general inquiries you initiate.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot innovito.com.
• Measure aggregated site performance and improve content when analytics are enabled.
• Comply with law or protect rights where required.
We do not sell personal data from marketing forms as “data broker” inventory. Newsletters or campaigns, if offered, would use an explicit opt-in where required.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share personal data with service providers that host the site, deliver email, provide analytics (when enabled), or support security monitoring. Those providers process data on our instructions and under contractual terms appropriate for their role.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect Innovito, our users, or the public.
Because Innovito works internationally, data may be processed in the UAE, Egypt, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other locations where our suppliers operate—always with safeguards suitable for the transfer path chosen in your engagement.
Retention
We retain form submissions and related correspondence long enough to manage the relationship that you started and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and business continuity reasons.
Log and analytics data are kept for shorter rolling windows defined in our internal schedules and vendor contracts.
Exact retention can depend on the channel (CRM, email, ticketing). You can ask us for more detail when you contact us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise rights related to innovito.com, email elearning@innovito.com with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
If you believe we have not resolved your concern, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country.
Children, changes, and contact
innovito.com is aimed at organizational buyers and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Effective” line at the top will change when we publish a material update.
